Karki Gaun Higher Secondary School

This school has approximately 450 students and we were unaware of its existence until after the 2015 earthquakes. Most of the school was destroyed and they have received assistance rebuilding some classrooms from other charities.

With the support of Bristol Breakfast Rotary Club we successfully raised funds for a new toilet block and hand washing facilities for the school as the children had 2 broken toilets with no drainage. This project was completed in 2019. See above photos.

In 2019 a very successful Dental Camp was held here.
